Concord, NH is a great place to look if you want a little more space without feeling far from everything 👀

you’re just minutes from downtown concord, about 10 minutes from target, around 25 minutes from manchester-boston regional airport, about an hour from the seacoast, around 75 minutes from boston, and roughly 75 to 90 minutes from the white mountains.

it’s a really nice balance of having room to breathe while still being close to everyday conveniences, restaurants, shopping and so much of what new hampshire has to offer 🤍

15 years into real estate and I’m finally learning to be intentional about taking time for myself in the morning🤍

A little movement, a little quiet, and some time before everyone else needs something from me.

Turns out, taking time for yourself doesn’t mean you’re doing less. Sometimes it’s what helps you show up better for everything and everyone else.

⚠ South State Street Water Main Repair 👷‍♂️

Tuesday, August 4, 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

🚧 Road Closures 🚧
- South State Street (Concord St. to Perley St.)
- Thorndike Street (Grove St. to South Main St.)

🚫 No Through Traffic 🚫
- Monroe Street at Grover Street
- Laurel Street at Grover Street

💧 Water Shut-Off 💧
- South State Street (Concord St. to West St.)

⛔️ Detours ⛔️
💙 Southbound (SB) - South State Street southbound traffic will be detoured east on Concord Street and south on South Main Street.
💚 Northbound (NB) - South State Street northbound traffic will be detoured east on Perley Street, north on South Main Street, then west on Concord Street to continue north on South State Street.

A shutdown of the water main is required to make repairs. Water service will be off to approximately 46 properties in the area, which should not include the laundromat on the corner of Concord Street or the barber shop on the corner of Monroe Street.

Our water crew will be completing necessary work to install a new 14” gate valve at the intersection of South State Street and Thorndike Street, replacing a failed valve that caused a water leak last winter. After repairs are complete, the City’s paving contractor, GMI Asphalt, will perform final restoration of the roadway and sidewalk.

Please plan accordingly. 💚

Not really sure anyone got it right 😅 despite our office being right in the heart of downtown Concord across from the State House so you’d think we would have this one down.

We may not nail the crosswalk sound but we do know NH pretty well 😂
