Camera roll dump, because I never actually do this and the past few weeks were too good not to share.

Some of my favorite memories from around Concord, NH include:

• Previewing a home in Laconia, NH that I am selling for a client

Honestly, one of the most underrated parts of this business is having people around you who just GET IT.

People who understand the long hours, the emotional rollercoaster of contracts, and the excitement of a clear-to-close call.

There’s something really special about being surrounded by other business owners here in NH who genuinely support each other, share ideas, celebrate wins, and remind you you’re not building your business alone.

No competition. No pretending. Just good people building meaningful lives and businesses together.

And somewhere between the market updates, coffee meetings, open houses, and voice memos… you realize these people become more than coworkers in the industry.

One of the biggest misconceptions in real estate is that the list price tells the whole story.

But when you look at what homes in neighborhoods like West End, East Concord, and South End actually sell for, you start to see how much strategy goes into pricing.

Some homes sell over asking.
Some sell under.
Some land right on the number.

And some do it in 3 days and others in 6 months.

It all depends on timing, competition, demand, and how the home is positioned when it hits the market.
