Origin Story

This is my family and the former owners of our home on the day of our closing in 2004 ; the year I started my real estate career. That spring we sold our first house, while purchasing our second, and EVERY DAY during the time period that both properties were under contract my then 5 year old son Silas asked to drive by our “maybe new house”. After a couple of weeks of these daily drive bys the seller asked their agent why we drove by the house every day. The agent explained that we were not stalkers and explained the rest....a few days later our seller made and mounted the sign in this picture on the house that said Silas’s New House. The very next drive by that is what we saw!

I knew after that experience that I wanted to be a REALTOR. It wasn’t just the warm and fuzzy part, but the challenge of navigating all of the moving parts for buyers and sellers from the moment of the first meetings, all the way to close. I could picture myself in that roll. That coupled with my natural love for real estate (the design, structure, form and function of buildings and houses has been a life long passion) ; it was a great fit.

Now 15 years later I have had the pleasure of selling hundreds of homes for buyers and sellers, all of whom have their own unique needs and experiences. Navigating all of the moving parts of any real estate transaction for my clients did turn out to be what I do best. Helping my clients have a smooth and successful real estate transaction with support, advice, confidentiality, loyalty, education and years of experience is what I love to do EVERY SINGLE DAY!
