Due to equipment damage caused by a lightning strike over the weekend, matches scheduled to be shown at The Terrace on June 16 and June 17 will not be available.

We hope to resume scheduled viewings on Thursday and will provide updates as they become available.

I've watched homeowners spend $40K on a kitchen remodel before listing...and barely see a dollar of it come back at closing.

Meanwhile, the house down the street did a fresh coat of paint and a little yard cleanup for a few hundred bucks and walked away with MORE.

It's not about how much you spend. It's about where you spend it.

Here's what I've seen actually move the needle:
