Karen Phillips Burrow

We're excited to welcome Karen to The Real Estate Collective – Lafayette! With a lifelong passion for real estate, years of property management experience, and deep ties to the community, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart for serving others.

Karen's interest in real estate began in 1994 when she purchased her very first home at just 24 years old—a property she still owns today as one of her rental investments. That early experience sparked a passion that eventually led her into the industry professionally.

She is the co-owner of OneTree Property Management, a family-owned business based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Karen earned her Texas real estate license in 2023 to help launch and operate the business virtually before obtaining her Tennessee license in 2025 to better serve buyers and sellers in the community she proudly calls home.

Karen and her husband, Troy, have been happily married for 29 years and have two adult children, Erin and Ben. In 2021, they built their dream home on Troy's family farm, a Century Farm that has been in the family for more than 160 years. Outside of real estate, Karen comes from a musical family and loves to sing, and she and Troy are devoted University of Tennessee fans who enjoy cheering on the Vols every chance they get.

Karen is passionate about building relationships and helping clients confidently navigate their real estate journey. We're so glad she's part of the RECO Lafayette team and can't wait to see the impact she'll make as she serves families throughout Macon County and the surrounding communities.
