Had one of my favorite meals at one of my favorite places tonight! Falafel salad, cheese pies, polo juice, and kanafeh for dessert (this delightful little dish is cheese coated in shredded phyllo dough soaked in rosewater syrup and topped with pistachios. Absolutely heavenly!) If you haven't tried Khalo Naser Syrian Cuisine and Lounge what are you even doing with your life?!

(Not my pics, I used theirs because I was too busy gabbing with friends to stop and take pics lol).

I'm curious, what is a household feature that, when you were a kid, you thought was a ✨️luxury item✨️ and meant you were definitely rich? I'll go first.

I'm Gen X and grew up on a rural property (90 acres) outside a very small town. So I just knew that when I grew up if I had a fridge that dispensed water and ice, holy moly that meant I'D REALLY MADE IT BIG, BABY. Faaaaaaancy! 😂
