This journey started back in November when this sweet family reached out to me on TikTok. They knew retirement was on the horizon and that Florida would be their next chapter.
We spent time searching for homes around Thanksgiving, but sometimes the right home just isn’t available yet. After returning to North Carolina, they stayed patient and trusted the process. Once they found the one and got their home back home under contract, it was time to get serious about making the move happen.
Yesterday was closing day, and I couldn’t be more excited for them as they officially begin this new season of life here in Florida! ☀️🏡

Today was closing day for a very special first-time homebuyer! ❤️

One of my sweet past clients referred this amazing single mom to me, and after a little bit of a journey, we made it to the closing table today.

The best part? She was able to purchase her very first home with zero money out of pocket at closing and will actually be saving about $450 per month compared to what she was paying in rent.

There is nothing better than helping families build a future through homeownership, and I couldn’t be more excited for this sweet little family as they begin this new chapter.

Today was closing day for these wonderful buyers, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!
Sometimes the timing doesn’t make sense while you’re in the middle of the process, but looking back, it’s clear everything happened exactly when it was supposed to. There were moments of waiting, uncertainty, and trusting the process, but in the end, the right home came along at the right time.

This home was truly meant to be theirs, and watching it all come together has been such a joy.

🏡 SOLD & WELCOME HOME! ☀️

Today was closing day for the sweetest couple, Rene and Wayne!

A few months ago, they found me on TikTok and reached out about their dream of relocating from Oregon to the Florida Panhandle. While they worked through selling their home back home, we stayed in touch and started planning for their next chapter.
As soon as they arrived in Florida, we got right to work. We toured close to 11 homes, and when we walked into the one, they knew it immediately. We had a small delay while waiting for power to be connected, but today we finally made it to the closing table!

Helping families relocate is one of my favorite parts of this job because I remember exactly how it felt when my family made the move to Florida in 2019. Seeing their excitement today brought back all those memories of new beginnings, sunshine, and the adventure of starting fresh.

When this couple reached out to me, they were searching for a Florida home they could enjoy throughout the year. We toured several properties together, but none felt like the right fit.
Shortly after they returned home, the perfect house hit the market. I scheduled a video tour, walked them through every detail, and they confidently submitted an amazing offer from miles away.

From neighbors to homeowners 🏡❤️

Yesterday was closing day for some very sweet people that we have been lucky enough to call our neighbors for the past year. A little over a month ago, they decided it was time to start thinking about their future and purchasing a home of their own!

After touring around 9 homes, and lots of laughs, we officially found the one. Yesterday they closed on their beautiful new home, and while we are definitely sad to lose them as neighbors, we could not be more excited for this next chapter for them.

Helping family members find a home is always special!

After previously helping their kids get under contract on a home, it was now their turn! They came into town this weekend ready to start the search, and we hit the ground running. We toured around 11 or 12 homes, but by house number four… I had a feeling. You know that feeling when a house just fits? I instantly knew this was the one.
We continued our tours to make sure we explored every option, but a second look confirmed it for all of us, this was HOME. 🏡

Offer submitted, accepted, and officially UNDER CONTRACT! I am so excited for them and so thankful they trusted me to help guide them through this next chapter.
