Yesterday was closing day for the sweetest family, and I couldn’t be more proud of them.
When it was time to sell, my sellers trusted my advice, put in the work to prep their home, and made sure it was ready to shine when it hit the market, and it showed.

In just 17 days, we received a FULL-PRICE offer.
But my favorite part of this story isn’t just the sale.
They bought this home, poured love and work into it, took care of it, and built equity along the way. And now, that home has helped them take the next step toward something they’ve worked for, a brand-new construction home for their family.

I think sometimes we put so much pressure on buying “the one” the perfect house, the forever house, the dream house right from the beginning.

But homeownership doesn’t always work that way.

Sometimes you buy the home that makes sense for the season you’re in. You take care of it. You improve it. You build equity. And when the time is right, you use what you’ve built to move into the next chapter.

A huge Congratulations to my seller! This one took a little patience, but she trusted the process, stayed the course, and waited for the right buyer to come along. Moments like this are such a great reminder that the right home always finds the right person.

I am so incredibly excited for this sweet family!

A few years ago, We sold their house and they packed up and headed to Arizona, but now they’re making their way back to Florida and we found the absolute perfect home for them in Niceville!

From day one, they have been such a joy to work with. Their kindness, trust, and appreciation throughout this entire process have meant more than they know. Helping families find their way home is one of the greatest parts of what I do, and this one feels extra special.

This journey started back in November when this sweet family reached out to me on TikTok. They knew retirement was on the horizon and that Florida would be their next chapter.
We spent time searching for homes around Thanksgiving, but sometimes the right home just isn’t available yet. After returning to North Carolina, they stayed patient and trusted the process. Once they found the one and got their home back home under contract, it was time to get serious about making the move happen.
Yesterday was closing day, and I couldn’t be more excited for them as they officially begin this new season of life here in Florida! ☀️🏡
