f I've seemed a little quiet on social media lately, it's because I've been fully embracing summer mode.

The last couple of weeks have been filled with family time, making memories, celebrating milestones, preparing for the twins 11th bday party, soaking up sunshine, and adjusting to the chaos (and fun!) that comes with kids being home for summer break.

One thing I've learned is that success means different things in different seasons. Right now, my family will always be my first priority. They're the reason I work so hard, and they're the reason I love helping other families find a place to call home.

Now that we've settled into our summer routine, I'm feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to hit the ground running. I'm excited to get back to sharing market updates, real estate tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and helping buyers and sellers make wise moves this season.

Last year, I made a decision to take my health seriously.
Over the course of 8 months, I lost nearly 60 pounds. But what I've learned is that weight loss and true health aren't always the same thing.
Since January, I've gained some weight back despite strength training 3 days a week, staying active, taking supplements, and making better food choices. It's been a reminder that living with Hashimoto's means my body doesn't always respond the way I'd expect it to.
Instead of getting frustrated, I'm choosing to get curious and keep moving forward.
This week I'm starting a 5-Day Protein Reset from Shaklee as part of my ongoing journey to improve my nutrition, reduce inflammation, and create a healthier future for myself and my family.
I'm not chasing a number on a scale anymore. I'm chasing energy, strength, longevity, and showing up as the best version of myself.

POV: your daughter asks for ‘neopolitan hair’ and suddenly your dusting off those formulation & placement skills. 😂💗
Between swim club, fading color, and summer sun… we detoured so the final result didn’t exactly match the Pinterest inspo, but honestly? That’s kind of how life works sometimes.
Funny enough, real estate has a lot in common with my old career behind the chair.
People think it’s just about the final look/result… but the real job is listening, adjusting the plan, managing expectations, solving problems on the fly, and helping people feel confident through the process.
Whether it was hair color then or home buying/selling now… I’ve always loved helping people bring their vision to life — even when the process gets a little messy in the middle. 🤍
Also… Realtor Nikki still low-key misses doing hair sometimes. ✂️🏡”

Three years of watching my little girl become her own tiny person… and somehow my heart keeps growing with her. 💕
This weekend we celebrated the BIG 3 — full of cake, chaos, giggles, sugar highs, and the kind of moments you wish you could freeze forever.
She’s bold, funny, laid back, so sweet, independent, down for anything 😅 and the absolute center of our world. Watching her grow has been the greatest privilege of my life.
Happy 3rd Birthday to our girl.
You make life louder, messier, sweeter… and so much more meaningful. 🎀✨ help me wish her a happy birthday today!

This year has been a lot more than “getting into real estate.”
It’s been growth in every direction.
A trip to Miami for a wedding turned into new connections and new clients for our family business. My 2-year-old learned how to ride a bike (still not over that one 🥹). And somewhere in the middle of all the chaos, I decided to stop treating real estate like a side path and go all in.
Since then, it’s been open houses almost every weekend, long drives touring homes, learning contracts and negotiations in real time, building my brand from scratch, and figuring out exactly who I want to serve. I’ve signed 4 amazing buyer clients already, and honestly… the biggest surprise has been how many strangers quickly start feeling like friends.
I’ve learned that real estate isn’t just about houses.
It’s about helping people move into the next version of their life with a plan and someone they trust beside them.
The “Wise Moves” brand started becoming real this year — not just as a logo or niche, but as the kind of experience I want people to have: less pressure, more strategy, more education, and a whole lot more human connection.
The second half of this year?
More home reviews. More conversations. More relationships. More growth.
And hopefully helping a lot more families make wise moves of their own 🤍
