Last year, I made a decision to take my health seriously.
Over the course of 8 months, I lost nearly 60 pounds. But what I've learned is that weight loss and true health aren't always the same thing.
Since January, I've gained some weight back despite strength training 3 days a week, staying active, taking supplements, and making better food choices. It's been a reminder that living with Hashimoto's means my body doesn't always respond the way I'd expect it to.
Instead of getting frustrated, I'm choosing to get curious and keep moving forward.
This week I'm starting a 5-Day Protein Reset from Shaklee as part of my ongoing journey to improve my nutrition, reduce inflammation, and create a healthier future for myself and my family.
I'm not chasing a number on a scale anymore. I'm chasing energy, strength, longevity, and showing up as the best version of myself.
