In observance of Father’s Day on June 21, our leasing office will be closed as our team takes time to celebrate and spend the day with loved ones. We will resume normal business hours the following day.

Summer Solstice is almost here! ☀️

Tomorrow marks the longest daylight hours of the year, bringing even more time to enjoy everything Enclave Crystal Lake has to offer.

We’re getting ready to make the most of the extra sunshine by taking a short walk to downtown Crystal Lake for shopping, dining, and entertainment, then unwinding in the outdoor plaza spaces designed for relaxation. Residents can also enjoy the dog run, beautifully landscaped grounds, nearby bike path, and outdoor living areas complete with BBQ grills and a firepit. ☀️

Don't miss the grand re-opening

The Grand Reopening of Depot Park is this Saturday, and if you live within walking, biking, driving, or training distance of Downtown Crystal Lake, you’re invited! The new fountains will be on and Liv Antoinette & The Sticky Gumbo band will be in the new concert round. Mayor Haleblian will give a speech, the Crystal Lake Strikers will drum their drums, the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting. There will be custom Crystal Lake cookies by Cheshire Cakes for as long as cookies last. And it’s all happening during the first Downtown Farmers Market of the season!

Farmers Market: 8 am - 1 pm
Grand Reopening Festivities: 10 am - 11 am
Liv Antoinette & The Sticky Gumbo Band: 9 am - 10 am; 11 am - 12 pm.

Here are a few quick tips for a pet-safe summer:

🐾 Test the pavement: If it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for their paws! Stick to the grassy areas during peak sun hours.

💦 Hydration station: Keep a water bowl handy on your patio or balcony during outdoor time. 🧊
