🏡 Welcome to the first-ever Alexander Report!

If you’re anything like me, it’s hard to keep up with everything happening around Citrus County. So I figured…why not put it all in one place?

Once a month, I’ll be sharing local happenings, real estate updates, market trends, and other things that are good to know, whether you’re buying a home tomorrow or just love living here.

Here’s what’s happening this month:

🚌 School starts August 10! If a move is on your radar before the new school year, now’s a great time to start making a plan.

🏡 The market is staying active. Buyers are still looking, and well-priced homes are continuing to sell. Curious what your home is worth? I’d be happy to give you a free, no-pressure market analysis.

🎣 Scallop season is still going strong! It’s one of the best times of the year to enjoy everything that makes the Nature Coast so special. Just don’t forget the sunscreen…and maybe a mesh bag or two. 😉
