Tile, wood floors, cabinets, staircase, metal roof… it’s amazing what a difference just one week can make!

This home is really starting to come together, and we can’t wait to see it all finished. 🔨✨

I had ChatGPT go and try to layout our Boca Raton house … it’s tough when everything is custom - IE clay roof color, stucco color, metal roof color… easy to build black and white 🤣 but it shrank my garage doors in depth …. Can’t get it to widen them but this is close!!! Have anyone interested, this one has a full in-law suite, kitchen and all.

We're planning to pre-list this home for 60 days to see if there's a buyer looking for something truly unique—including an oversized 6-car garage, a rare feature in this market.
