Prophet Homes is thrilled to announce the launch of our newest team in Orlando, Florida! 🌴

This marks our second Florida location and our 19th team launch overall—not bad for less than three years in.

The Orlando market will be led by Brandon Chaney, a seasoned SFR veteran and acquisitions specialist with a decade of success across both the investment and retail sides of the industry. Brandon brings exceptional leadership, maturity, and a proven talent for mentoring and developing agents to the GM role.

Brandon is also our first internal agent to relocate across state lines to open a new market. We know he won’t be the last.

Prophet Homes is thrilled to welcome Chris Ibarra as the founding General Manager of our Charlotte team. Chris comes to us as a veteran high performer and acquisitions specialist. Prior to real estate, he earned his MBA from the University of Texas and spent several years as a consultant at a Big Four firm.

The Charlotte metro is undoubtedly one of the strongest investment real estate markets in the country. Paired with Raleigh, this new team solidifies our footprint across one of the fastest-growing states in the nation. Chris brings a rare mix of analytical rigor, a fiercely competitive spirit, and exceptional people skills to the role. We can't wait to see what he builds here.

Prophet Homes is thrilled to announce the launch of our second team in the Los Angeles market and our FIFTH California team overall. LA 2 will be managed by Assistant General Manager and veteran agent Colby Jordan.

Colby is an Acquisitions specialist and one of our top homebuyers across California. Colby has helped spearhead the growth of our Los Angeles team from day one. His consistency, constant office presence, and steady hand as a manager have helped make L.A. our Top Office for 2026 to-date.
