It is an early plan, and no tenants have been announced yet. But when a big job center takes shape close to where people live, it can change how buyers think about their commute and which neighborhoods make their list. For sellers, it can mean new buyers taking a fresh look at nearby homes. Fields already offers a range of housing, from urban multifamily to single-family and custom homes, plus 25+ miles of hike-and-bike trails.

Nearly 20 years of trust, and one more milestone worth celebrating. 🏡

Congratulations to Lisa Workman-Shields and her longtime clients, Kevin & Beth Ford, on the sale of 639 Silver Ridge Drive in Murphy!

Lisa helped the Fords keep this investment property rented since 2008. When they were ready to sell ahead of retirement, they turned to her again. Her team coordinated the cosmetic upgrades needed to get the home ready for its next chapter.

Congratulations to our own Cindy Franklin on being featured in Top Agent Magazine! 🎉

In 2019, Cindy started in real estate as a single mom with a big goal: create stability and be present for her daughter.
