🎉We’ve officially broken ground at Frisco Station!

Cambridge Holdings is proud to lead the development of the first medical office building in Frisco Station’s new Health & Wellness District — an 85,800-square-foot, next-generation facility set to open in late 2026.

This milestone project will feature a 13,200-rentable-square-foot, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center operated by Compass Surgical Partners, with Orthopedic Institute of North Texas – OINT and Lam Vascular & Associates also serving as anchor tenants. The building will also welcome Elite Imaging and specialists in interventional radiology, OB-GYN, and orthopedic spine care.

This is just the beginning for the Health & Wellness District — and we’re thrilled to be shaping the future of care at Frisco Station.

🌎🌸 In celebration of Earth Day, our Property Management Team hosted a beautiful Bloom Bar at the Texas Oncology–Fort Worth Cancer Center!

Building employees had the chance to create their own fresh flower bouquets, bringing a touch of nature and creativity into their workspaces. Small nature-friendly habits like surrounding ourselves with greenery can brighten our environments, reduce stress, and inspire creativity.

Our Property Management team held a Yarn Drive this year during . They collected a total of 408 skeins of yarn, doubling last year’s total! The yarn collected will be donated to a local nonprofit, Passing Hats, who hand knit and distribute free hats to over 50 locations in Texas along with locations in Colorado and Arizona. Thank you to all who donated during our 2023 Yarn Drive.
