SOLD in Daphne! 🏡

I met my sellers personally, long before any paperwork was involved. When it came time to sell, they were part of a relocation company with a whole list of preferred agents to choose from, and they picked me anyway.

Relocation transactions are a different kind of hard. Tight timelines, pressure on both sides, and a price strategy that has to be right from day one. We hit real bumps along the way, but we stayed focused and got it done.
