One of my favorite things to do is go to the gym. Ever since my complete ACL tear, I’ve stayed consistent and continued showing up. Today was one of those days that reminded me how far I’ve come, my leg is still getting it done all this time later.

For the record, I never had surgery, and I’m not advocating that anyone skip surgery. Every injury and recovery is different. I’m simply sharing my experience and what worked for me.

I genuinely love being in the gym, and if anyone ever wants a workout partner, let me know!
