There’s no version of life where the to-do list is completely checked off, and everything is finally calm... there will always be something.

Waiting for “everything to settle down” before you let yourself enjoy life means you could be waiting forever. The people who seem to have it figured out aren’t problem-free; they’ve just stopped putting their happiness on hold until the problems are gone.

Handle what needs to be handled. Keep moving forward. But don’t forget to enjoy your life while you’re doing it!

I get it.

Giving up a 3% interest rate is a tough pill to swallow when today's rates are nearly twice that.

Here's the thing: your interest rate is only one piece of the puzzle.

If you've outgrown your home, need more space, want a different location, or your current home simply isn't working anymore, it may be worth exploring your options before assuming you're stuck.

Does moving make sense for everyone? No. But I've found that many homeowners write it off before they ever run the numbers.
