Got a low mortgage rate you’d hate to give up by selling your home?

That’s one of the main reasons a lot of Central Park homeowners are holding off on selling, and the market isn’t giving them much reason to change their minds. Metro Denver ended September with 13,567 active listings (the most for any September since 2011), and the median close price slipped 1.9% from a year ago to $575,000.
