New listing prices range from $194,113 to $1.79M, with a median list price of $652,000. Homes range from condos under 1,000 square feet to homes over 5,000 square feet, with most of the new listings offering 3–4 bedrooms.

With fresh inventory across both the north and south sides of Central Park, there’s plenty to explore as we head into the final stretch of summer.
