Congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of this beautiful mountain horse property at 27987 Richmond Hill in Conifer.

This client first reached out because he was looking for an agent who understands horse properties and could help with both sides of the transition: selling his home in Littleton and finding the right horse property within about an hour of Denver.

We considered many different options, but when we toured this one, it was very clear — this was the one.

This one is such a special story.

These buyers first reached out to me through Instagram after learning that I specialize in horse properties and also live in downtown Denver. At the beginning, the goal was to find a horse property, but as sometimes happens in a thoughtful home search, the vision evolved.

They realized that living close to great options for boarding horses could be the perfect compromise, allowing them to have the lifestyle they wanted while also finding the right home, location, and community for their family.

We started by selling their beautiful home in Sloan’s Lake after only 5 days on the market. After closing, the search for their next home took us through quite a few showings, several towns, many conversations, and a lot of research. Then we found it: a beautifully updated home just minutes from downtown Golden.

Another quick closing later, and they are now officially the proud owners of their new home.
