Fantastic time to head over to Denver's Art District on Santa Fe. Everyone!! Please take note. The 25+ million dollar street scape project and related infrastructure upgrades are underway. More now as any time. Our local creatives need your support. Our local galleries, shops, coffee houses and eateries need you. Please use RTD 10th & Osage is a quick walk to all that is ADSF. Bikes, ride share. Trust me, starting your art journey driving around looking for parking is not a great start. Don't worry, galleries will happily hold your purchase so you can come pick it up when it's not as busy. Come out, stop at 858 Santa Fe, grab a map, walk over to Mystic Lounge for a craft cocktail or Renegade Brewery for a b**r. use that time to study your map. Head south and stop in at VFW post 1... Yes, if you are a veteran if you love a veteran right here in Denver in the Arts District is America's very first VFW post. Support a local artist & Veterans in one stop. Then Rocky Yama, grab some Sushi, cross 8th and POP Denver Gallery will blow your mind. Amazing works. Keep heading south and Artists on Santa Fe, beautiful ceramics and other mixed media, the west side of Santa fe doesn't, keep going g4ab a drink at Town Hall Collective and all the micro vendors. Soaps, candles, vintage clothes, jewelry etc.. then keep going til you hit Another Gallery.. NO that is the name. again, mind blowing works. Now, you could keep going but it's a walk but the BBQ at Smokin Yards? worth it.
However, Another Gallery is a pretty good point to cross Santa fe. Head back north. Auf you're getting hungry or thirsty? You got Black Sky pizzeria & Brewery. Then keep heading north, if you skipped the pizza. James Beard Award Taco's De Mexico is a solid choice, then you're at Denver's Art Society. Probably some l8ve music. Head upstairs say hi to Gregory of Moosh and some rhythmic vibes, Then if you skipped pizza and Tacos? well, good thing cause my man Htaw at Mon Thai. The most authentic flavors will send you. Now one of my faves Michael & Warryn will welcome you to Micheal & Warren's Contemporary. They have an installation right now that I'm still missing because my Real Estate biz got a but hectic. ( I will be there soon guys I promise) great gallery, really like Pop Denver elevates the district. Then Nocturne? very cool pop your head in and prepare to be mesmerized. From here? cross 8th The antiques on Santa fe, very cool, then Meta Physical, smells magical. Then maybe its time for some w**e where there is Room for friends. If you need a haircut? why not Jeremy at Techniques is amazing. Now you're looking good, feeling good. Some new clothes or wicked prints at Arveda. Then you'll hit D'Art Gallery. Say hello way back the studios Joseph Graves Jr. Amazing local artist and relative to one of my 8z Real Estate Colleagues. Cool dude. Ok, time to wind down our tour. Hit 910 Arts complex. Step in a see Denise & Judy at Kasi Kari gallery. Go see Kelly Rolo upstairs. Finally see Cynthia at Tonantzin Casa de Cafe for an authentic Cafe de olla.
