A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to David and Kathleen on the purchase of their beautiful new home! 🏡🥳

It all started when Dina and I met David and Kathleen at one of our open houses. During our conversation, they shared that they didn’t think they would ever qualify to purchase a home of their own.
Well… NEVER SAY NEVER! 😉🏡
We introduced them to our amazing lender, Danielle Anderson, who helped them discover that homeownership really WAS possible!
And here’s where the story gets even BETTER! 🙌
✨ They found a beautiful home to call their own!
✨ We negotiated for the seller to PAY OFF THEIR EXISTING RENTAL LEASE so they could move forward without that financial burden!
✨ We also negotiated for the seller to PAY THEIR CLOSING COSTS! 💰
✨ And TODAY… THEY ARE OFFICIALLY HOMEOWNERS! 🔑🎉
What started as a casual visit to an open house turned into a life-changing opportunity!
