Two days. Countless insights. A whole new level of clarity.

This week Beverly and I had the privilege of spending two incredible days with the team at Brand Builders Group in Nashville. We worked closely with Ben Kolarcik and James Paek to sharpen our brands, clarify our messaging, and create a stronger roadmap for the future.

What we gained wasn’t simply a branding exercise—it was clarity around who we are, where we’re going, and the unique impact we’re called to make.

As entrepreneurs, visionaries, and business leaders, it’s easy to get caught up in projects, transactions, deadlines, and growth. Rarely do we take the time to step back and identify what truly makes us different and where we can create the greatest impact.

Over two days, we challenged assumptions, uncovered blind spots, refined our messaging, and gained tremendous insight into how our experiences, successes, failures, and lessons learned can better serve others.

For Beverly and her work as The PA School Coach, it created greater clarity around her mission and the incredible impact she continues to have on future Physician Assistants.

For me, it reinforced that my greatest value isn’t simply developing projects or closing transactions. It’s helping people grow their businesses, expand their capabilities, navigate uncertainty, see opportunities others miss, solve complex problems, and create a vision for what comes next.

The result is greater focus, greater confidence, and a clearer path forward as we continue building businesses, speaking, leading, and serving others.

Most importantly, it reminded us that our experiences, challenges, victories, and even failures all have value when they can be used to help others succeed.

A huge thank you to Ben, James, and the entire Brand Builders Group team. These guys are true professionals, and the organization is world-class from top to bottom.
