We are spotlighting artwork from Norel B., Age 15, who wrote "What stands out to me when I think about Memorial Day is all the young people that gave their lives for this country. I think it is something that everyone can agree is sad for our country and I think they should be honored."

Looking back at an incredible night under the lights at the Sun Valley Viaduct Night Market! ✨

DHA was proud to sponsor this vibrant community event filled with food, music, art, and nonstop energy. Our team loved connecting with residents, sharing resources, and sharing updates about the upcoming food incubator and Riverfront Park that will soon be part of the Sun Valley neighborhood.

May 15 is World CLT Day, a global celebration of community land stewardship.

In Denver, ULC’s Mosaic Community Campus is the model in action.

Acquired in 2021 by ULC, , and , the 25-acre former Johnson & Wales site is now a hub shared by schools and nonprofits, including Kitchen Network, the Denver School of the Arts, , and 154 permanently affordable apartments that opened in 2024.

Because the east half of Mosaic is held in ULC’s community land trust, affordability here is permanent, so residents like Alexis can build more stable lives.
