The 2027 Housing Choice Voucher Lottery is opening for 48 hours on September 17-18.📅

Before you apply, we want to be transparent: Due to limited voucher availability and federal funding constraints, DHA did not select names from the Housing Choice Voucher lottery pool in 2025 or 2026. Likewise, based on current funding and program availability, it is possible that DHA will not be selecting names from the 2027 lottery pool.

However, we will continue to monitor funding and voucher availability and will provide updates on our website if circumstances change.

For other housing options, please visit https://bit.ly/4gOakYb to explore DHA properties with site-based waiting lists and apply online. If your name reaches the top of a waiting list, we will contact you with instructions for completing the next steps.

packed. stamped. Next stop: a new school year!🎒

Throughout August, our Resident and Community Connections (RCC) team helped families get ready for the school year with backpack and school supply giveaways across our communities.

Families traveled from table to table with their resource passports, connecting with community partners and learning about resources available to support them throughout the year.

A huge thank you to Bonez 4 Buz for organizing school supply drives, the Denver Police Department for donating backpacks filled with supplies, our private donors, and all the volunteers from Denver United and the Sun Valley Youth Center helped make each event a success!
