There’s something extra special about getting to help family find home. 🥹🤍

Kevin + Ashley officially closed on their first home together, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!

We found the perfect new construction home in Blackwater Reserve in Milton, a community full of amenities (hello lazy river, splash pad, pickleball, etc! 😍) and the perfect place to settle in and start this next chapter together. 🏡

And because apparently buying your first home wasn’t enough excitement for one season…they’re newly engaged too with a wedding just around the corner!💍🎉

So basically, she got the ring AND the key ring. 🔑😂

Congratulations Buck family!!

My sellers (and repeat clients!) went PENDING in under 10 days, and now this beautiful Navarre home is officially SOLD! 🔑🎉

I’ve been a Realtor on the Emerald Coast for over a decade now, and I’ve seen this market fluctuate between a buyer's and a seller's market, and somewhere in between. 🏡🌴
