There’s a common misconception that real estate agents just put a sign in the yard and list a home online. I’ve seen so many post online recently stating they don’t need an agent, and that’s great you feel confident enough to sell on your own. I’d like to break down some of the things we handle so you don’t have to.
Behind every transaction are countless hours spent:

• Creating marketing strategies
• Scheduling and hosting showings
• Negotiating offers and repairs
• Coordinating inspections, appraisals, lenders, attorneys, and title companies

• Solving problems that pop up before closing(most problems you don’t even know exist).
• Helping buyers navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives
• Guiding sellers through the process from start to finish
Could someone sell their home without an agent? Absolutely. Just like some people represent themselves in court or prepare their own taxes. The question isn’t whether it’s possible it’s whether having an experienced professional in your corner provides value.
Every client gets to choose what’s best for them, and I respect that. My job isn’t to convince everyone they need a REALTOR®. My job is to provide expertise, protect my clients’ interests, and make what can be a stressful process as smooth as possible.
