Monday morning in Westchester County, NY…and it already feels like summer ☀️

I’m heading out for a walk at Hart’s Brook Park & Preserve—a great dog-friendly park. Tree-lined, peaceful, and just the right way to ease into the week…taking my dog along for some quiet company.

Afterwards, I’ll grab an iced coffee somewhere in Ardsley, NY—sometimes the best plans are the simplest ones.

It’s little moments like this that make living in Westchester, NY so special.

What’s your favorite way to start a warm morning in Westchester? ☕🌿

Looking for something to do this weekend…🌿

One of the things people love most about living in Westchester, NY is how easy it is to get outside. And this weekend will be great for that. Whether you want river views, wooded paths, or a peaceful place to unwind, here are my favorite local walking trails in Lower Westchester.

🌊 Old Croton Aqueduct Trail
🌳 Rockefeller State Park Preserve
🌅 Hudson RiverWalk
🌲 Lenoir Preserve
🌼 Bronx River Pathway

Trading space for location…is it worth it?
More often than not, yes.
In Westchester County, NY, I see buyers choose location again and again. Being closer to town, an easier commute into New York City, walkability, and lifestyle tend to matter more long-term than a little extra square footage.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—it’s about what matters most to you and how you want to live.
If you’re navigating the Westchester, NY real estate market and trying to decide what’s worth it for you, I’m always happy to talk it through.
