Many real estate agents take safety very seriously but today we all realized there is a secondary reason why we may choose to carry a little sidekick. 😳 Today, I was showing homes in rural Henry county. The builder hasn’t quite gotten to the finishing touches yet of cleaning the backyard and laying sod. So we got a little surprise when they stepped out to the backyard. I think they surprised him just as much as he surprised us. Needless to say…it didn’t take long to get everyone back on the porch! 😂 Quick thinking on their part with a 2x laying in the yard along with my little sidekick and we had it all under control quickly!

🎶 How Will the New Concert Structure Work in 2026? 🎶

Many of you have asked how admission and seating will work at the All In Credit Union Amphitheater this year.

Two of our 2026 concerts will require a separate general admission concert ticket in addition to paid admission to the fairgrounds. To manage access to these ticketed concerts, a six-foot fence with privacy windscreen will surround the amphitheater. This will ensure that concert viewing is reserved for guests who have purchased the required concert ticket.

Reserved and preferred seating will continue to be available in the locations shown on the attached map.

The amphitheater entrance will be located immediately behind the main ticket booth at the fairgrounds. A dedicated concert box office will also be available at the entrance to:

❓ Answer questions
👥 Assist with entry and monitor attendance

Not all transactions run smoothly and it can be completely and utterly out of your hands. Thats when you need a dedicated real estate agent to help guide you and see you through to the finish line! That’s exactly what my coworker and friend did today…she got those sellers to the closing table!! She stuck to it and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! So today we all CELEBRATE! 🎉
I’m thankful to have coworkers at TWC that feel like a team! We cheer each other on and celebrate each others’ victories!

Always a fun time when we are able to get together and tour some local homes! Yesterday, a group of us ladies from Tom West Company office had the opportunity to tour 5 homes ranging in price point, style and location across the area. This included the new construction neighborhood of Martin Farm that is directly behind Rehobeth High School! Interested in being in Rehobeth school district? We ended our tour with a stop by Velvet Elvis Bakeshop & Kitchen in Headland to support a friend and fellow coworker! I opted for a fresh blueberry scone but it was a hard decision! The fresh sourdough breads, cinnamon rolls and pecan pie looked equally AMAZING!
