📊 Inventory is up → more options
🤝 Sellers are negotiating again → credits & repairs are back
⏳ Homes sitting a bit longer → less chaos
💰 Rates in the mid-6s

👉 Prices aren’t crashing… they’re normalizing

🧠 Here’s the part most people miss:

When rates are higher:

✔️ Better terms

When rates drop:
❌ More bidding wars
❌ Higher prices
❌ Less negotiating power
