Had to say goodbye to some buyers recently… 🌧️

We toured over 60 homes in 2.5 months, wrote 5 offers, survived one contract termination on the final option day… and somewhere along the way, the market and their expectations just never became friends. 😂

Real estate is absolutely a relationship business, and the best relationships happen when trust, strategy, and goals all align. Thankfully, one perk of being self-employed is getting to choose who I work with — not just who I work for. 🙃
