Throwback Thursday! 😆 Here are a couple of my graduation photos from college and high school. My little girls are so cute! I just got home from the second out of 3 graduations I’m attending this week. I am so proud of the students I’ve gotten to celebrate already this week; how much they have grown and learned. Hard to believe how quickly time flies.

I always have to prepare for Washington weather when showing a home! ☔️ ☀️ I showed a house in Lacey, WA this morning with short sleeves, sandals, sunglasses, sunblock, rain boots, rain jacket, umbrella and used both the air conditioner and my heated seat within hours in the car!
