You need to know this about me and my business ⤵️
A lot of people don't know exactly what real estate agents do all day!
They think it’s all about taking clients to lunch, sipping champagne on closing day, and working part time with a flexible schedule.
The reality is that I spend a lot of time nurturing every sale or purchase from beginning to end, poring over contracts and inspection reports, taking continuing education classes to stay up on the latest industry guidelines, trends and regulations and my work is never done! I answer calls and texts from clients 24/7, and I really enjoy doing it!
So, today I thought I’d give you a peek at a few things I do that you might not know:
1. I can help you relocate. Whether you're moving to Chapel Hill, North Carolina or away Houston, Texas I can connect you with a reputable agent licensed to practice real estate wherever you're going. The same is also true if you're planning to buy a second home or investment property out of state. Between my social media community and my network of real estate agents within the Keller Williams network, I've got you!
2. I can sell your property if you've already moved. Let's say your investment property is tenant occupied and you live out of the area, or if you inherit a property but you decide to sell it and move out of state. I can be your boots on the ground and arrange everything, from the stager to the cleaning service to the final walk-through. I can even attend the closing for you while you sign documents electronically.
3. If you're wanting to relocate to NC, I can help navigate your home search by creating virtual tours of the homes that best fit your desired criteria and I can also drive you around to see the available homes and communities while you're in town--I've got you!
