I am a mama to two wonderful kiddos, a marine pilot wife, an avid reader, gardener, and traveler, and a licensed Realtor® in both NC and FL. I got my start in real estate in 2012 when I joined our family company, Marie Austin Realty, based in Durham NC. To this day, we are the oldest, independently owned firm in the area! eal estate market is in my blood. I have extensive knowledge of the area as a Proud Durham “townie” and enjoy sharing my love of my hometown with locals and transplants alike. In 2015, I married my Marine pilot husband and we were stationed down in Pensacola, FL. I obtained my Brokers license and opened my own firm, Emilie Morgan Realty, the following year. With a large military clientele I am well versed in military moves to and from the area, VA loans, and getting things sold quickly on a strict timeline! I also am fortunate to have a large referral network around the country of vendors and Realtors thanks to my military community. After three years living abroad in Okinawa, Japan, we moved back to the states so my husband could be an instructor pilot. I joined Levin Rinke Realty in Pensacola and had the privilege of working on one of the top selling teams in the area, The Kathy Batterton Team. I am now back in Durham at my family firm, assisting clients in my very own backyard, yay! As a certified Green agent designee, sustainability is very important to me both professionally and personally. Sharing this adorable listing again since we've had a price improvement! This condo is completely move in ready, centrally located to all things Durham, and on a beautiful quiet street in Watts-Hillandale (literally right behind Monuts *drool*).

It would make a wonderful primary residence for someone who doesn't want a lot of outside space to worry about (although it does have a spacious covered porch balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying your coffee), second home away from home, or long term rental property.
