When business brings good people into your life.

Such a beautiful evening on the water! My mortgage lender invited me to his customer appreciation cruise, and of course I had to bring my insurance agent, boss, and friend along with me, Tom Durda.

Between work, business, and everything else life keeps us busy with, sometimes you need a reminder to slow down, step away from the to-do list, and actually enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build.

It’s funny looking at this picture because each of these relationships started through business in one way or another, but there are real people and relationships behind all the contracts, closings, policies, and paperwork.

Thank you for the invitation, Chris Radermacher, and such a wonderful evening. Good conversation, beautiful views, and even better company.

Spend intentionally. Know your goal. And don’t assume renovation cost = added home value.
