More exciting growth happening in the Lansing area!

A third Chick-fil-A location is on the way, bringing new energy, jobs, and investment to the South Market Retail Corridor.

We’re proud that Martin Commercial Properties Retail Team represented the seller in this transaction and helped bring this long-vacant site one step closer to development.

Construction is moving right along on the Nationals Soccer Club 137,000 SF dome facility in Lansing, and we’re thrilled to share the latest updates:

✅ Foundations are complete
✅ Storm work is underway, with water mains starting in the coming weeks
✅ Steel er****on for the accessory building begins soon

This long-awaited sports facility is really starting to take shape, and we’re proud of the work our Construction Services team is doing to bring it to life. This exciting addition to our region will include:

⚽ Full size soccer field that can be split into 9 vs 9 and 7 vs 7 fields
🏐🎾 Sports courts that can accommodate up to 4 volleyball courts and 10 pickle ball courts.
