Martin was proud to sponsor last week's Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce Economic Luncheon and support an important discussion about the future of Greater Lansing.

The program, *At a Crossroad: Why Growth Matters for Lansing's Economic Future*, explored the opportunities and challenges facing our region and reinforced an important takeaway: growth is essential to maintaining the vibrant community and quality of life we all value.

It was encouraging to see so many business and community leaders gathered together, focused on creating a stronger future for Greater Lansing.

More exciting growth happening in the Lansing area!

A third Chick-fil-A location is on the way, bringing new energy, jobs, and investment to the South Market Retail Corridor.

We’re proud that Martin Commercial Properties Retail Team represented the seller in this transaction and helped bring this long-vacant site one step closer to development.

As our team member Carson Patten shared:
“Pleased to have represented the seller in the successful closing of a new Chick-fil-A development. While our role was on the sell side, we worked closely with the buyer and all parties involved to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish. Excited to see the continued growth and momentum in the south submarket."
