UPDATES: We are still waiting for Captain Willett to have power restored! National Grid esimates power will be restored this afternoon around 1:00pm. Keep hanging in there! Also, if anyone is curious about the large fallen tree, we are waiting for National Grid to remove the tree from the lines so R.I. DOT can remove the tree from the road. The situation is NOT dangerous as there are no live power lines in the mix, but still please do not go near the tree for your own safety! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

JOIN US FOR THE 2020 IREM CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT!! Become a sponsor or simply join us for a fun day of golf!

I'm not sure if your company is active with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) in Rhode Island, but participating in IREM events is a great way to get your company name out there to multiple property management firms. The annual golf tournament is coming up on September 10th at Valley Country in Warwick, R.I.. The golf tournament is one of IREM's largest functions and is attended by many members of the property management community. It is a great networking event and it's a lot of fun too! The most important part of this event is raising money for charity. This year's charity golf tournament will benefit the victims of the 2019 Westerly, R.I. shooting and the Greater Rhode Island Chapter Scholarship Fund. Please remember, you do not have to be an IREM member to join us at this event!

There is still room to join in on the fun! There are multiple advertisement opportunities for your company, including tee signs for only $150 up to sponsorship of some of the larger events ranging from $900 - $1100. If you sponsor one of the larger events, like the hole in one competition, a foursome of golf is included in the sponsorship price! If you are not interested in becoming a sponsor, you can still join us for a day of fun! Foursomes for golf are $600 and individual golfers are only $165 and includes meals. You can also donate a raffle prize of your choosing on behalf of your company!
