🔥Hot take: most houses are fine. This one is NOT FINE.

This one is annoying — in the way that makes you walk through it and immediately start resenting your current living situation. 👀😏

Finished walk-out basement with a kitchenette and a second fireplace? Rude.
Huge deck, perennial gardens, AND a shed? Chilllll.

Your approval number is not your budget.

It’s the ceiling. And it’s built on what a lender is willing to extend- not what your life actually costs once you’re living in the home.

That gap shows up later, not on possession day.
Usually around month 3 👀

You’ll notice the full picture when these start showing up:
