2026 Parade of Homes

The Symple Real Estate team had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Parade of Homes Premiere Night, followed by a fantastic bus tour hosted by the Manor Mortgage Team. It was a great chance to explore some incredible homes, connect with local industry professionals, and gather inspiration from the latest trends in home design and construction.

School's out and summer is officially in session! ☀️

Today marks the last day of school for all the Symple kids. From kindergarten graduations and report cards to field days and final bus rides, we're celebrating a great school year and looking forward to a summer filled with family time, adventures, lake days, and making memories.

📊 May Market Update | Chippewa Valley

The spring market is in full swing across the Chippewa Valley. Inventory has improved compared to the past few years, giving buyers more options, but well-priced homes are still attracting strong interest and moving quickly. In Eau Claire, median home prices are up slightly from last year, while Chippewa Falls continues to see steady appreciation and healthy buyer demand.

What does that mean for you?

🏡 Sellers: The market is still working in your favor, but pricing and presentation matter more than they did a few years ago.

Earlier this week, part of the Symple Real Estate team had the opportunity to volunteer alongside the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin at Feed My People Food Bank in Eau Claire.

We spent the morning packaging pasta that will be distributed to local food shelves throughout the region. It's always rewarding to step away from the office, give back to the community we serve, and help support families facing food insecurity.

Happy Leadership Chippewa Falls Graduation to Broker/Owner, Anthony Janicki and agent Liz Seubert!

The Leadership Chippewa Falls program acquaints participants with a broad understanding of
issues and challenges facing our community.

Each month participants spent a half day learning about one sector of life and business in Chippewa Falls. Session topics include Community Service,
Quality of Life, Business, Health & Wellness, Government, Education, and Infrastructure.

As part of the program, participants were divided into teams and tasked with creating a project designed to benefit the Chippewa Valley. During graduation night, each team took the stage to present its vision and showcase its proposed impact on the community.
