Have you been to Piedmont Community Park? IT'S AMAZING!

Summer selling season is upon us! Here's the May snapshot:

📍 Edmond
Lots of activity! Inventory, pending, and closed sales all up. Average price dipped slightly to $438,723 (down 1.3%), which is actually a nice opening for buyers.

📍 Arcadia
Inventory jumped 25.9% and average prices are up 12.3% to $754,674. That market is moving!

📍 Oklahoma City
Inventory is up 5.3%, sales are strong, and the average price hit $300,779, up 3.5% from last year.

📍 Yukon
More homes on the market (up 6.4%), but fewer closings. Average price is still holding at $303,843.

What does this mean for you?
→ Thinking about selling? More inventory means more competition, so pricing and presentation matter more than ever right now.

→ Thinking about buying? Edmond's slight price dip and growing inventory give you more options and a little more leverage.
