We are the only inspection firm that performs elevation surveys. This is an absolute must with any home especially new construction. This will date stamp the home and in few years as warranties begin to expire you’ll have a reference to make any claims against the builder or their concrete subs.

Get that rental inspected before you move in. It’s your issue if not reported!
