Today, we’re celebrating someone who leads Redbud with something that can’t be taught—humility, heart, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
Steve cares deeply about Redbud, but what makes his leadership so special is that he cares just as deeply about the people who make up our Redbud family. He believes in mentoring, encouraging, and giving each person the tools and experience they need to grow—not just within the company, but as confident, independent professionals.
He has built a culture where teamwork, customer experience, personal growth, and supporting one another all matter. He’s always willing to back his team, help work through challenges, and encourage each person to find their own path to success.
And while Redbud is a huge part of his heart, his greatest role is at home. He’s a loving husband and proud father of two who works hard to build the best life possible for his family—while also treating his Redbud team like an extension of that family. 🩷
