The team at Stonewater at the Riverwalk would like to give a huge shout out to our Rockstar Maintenance Supervisor, LD Chandler!
LD has been at the property for 5 years. He works hard everyday to ensure that everything runs smoothly! He regularly goes above and beyond his job description to make sure that our residents are well taken care of!
If you see him out and about, make sure you tell him congratulations!

The Team here at Stonewater at the Riverwalk is so saddend to hear about the passing of Doug Bowlby. Doug was one of a handful of residents that moved in when we very first opened and was still living here at the time of his passing. He was a constant fixture in the rental office. He always had the time to stop in to see how we were doing and always came in to wish us well on any holiday. He was quick with a joke, had the biggest heart and could make you smile even if you didn't want to. He will be greatly missed!

Every fall the Indiana Apartment Association hosts the Midwest Multifamily Conference in Indianapolis. The event ends with an awards dinner to celebrate the best in the business! Last week the finalist for each category were announced...

This year Stonewater at the Riverwalk has THREE finalist for the awards!!
