Due to the incoming weather expected this afternoon and evening, In Good Company has made the decision to close all leasing offices today, June 17th, at 1:00 PM.

If you experience a maintenance emergency, please contact our emergency maintenance line at 574-229-6213.

⚠️ Please remember:
• If the community experiences a power outage, contact your power company directly. Maintenance is unable to restore electrical service.
• If severe weather strikes and you need to seek shelter, please move to an interior hallway or your bathtub, away from windows.
• The pool will be closed for the remainder of the day.

🌤️ We made it through the weather last night, Avalon Woods!

Our team is already boots on the ground this morning helping with storm clean-up around the community. If you see our maintenance team out and about today, be sure to give them a big THANK YOU for getting here bright and early to make sure everything is safe and looking its best for our residents. 👏

Our playground is currently CLOSED until further notice due to storm damage - we ask that everyone please avoid the area.

We'd also like to give a huge shout-out to the residents who have already stepped in to lend a helping hand. We truly appreciate your willingness to help take care of our community. ❤️

We are keeping a close eye on the weather today and want all of our residents to stay safe and prepared in case severe weather moves through our area this evening!

A few important safety reminders:

• The safest place in your apartment during severe weather is in a bathroom or bathtub, away from windows and doors.
• Keep devices fully charged in case of power outages.
• Have flashlights and batteries ready just in case.
• If the power goes out, keep your refrigerator closed as much as possible to help keep food cold.
• Please avoid flushing toilets or running water if there is a loss of power.

Our team will continue monitoring the forecast and will keep residents updated if needed. Stay weather-aware today and take a few minutes to make sure you’re prepared.
