Update on the coming Walmart Supercenter on Moccasin Wallow and Sawgrass Road in Parrish. The good news is there's no car wash or storage units being planned here 👍 Besides Walmart, they will also have their brand of gas station on the corner. A Sam's Club is planned at Carter Road, and a Walmart Neighborhood Market is planned on Buckeye Road at Artisan Lakes Pkwy as well.
This new plaza will include a Culver's, a coffee drive-thru and 3 other fast food establishments with one having long, double drive-thru aisles. What might they be?
Chick-Fil-A, McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Panera Bread, Chipotle, 7 Brew and Dutch Bros Coffee are already opened or planned in the area - so these will be different franchises than those. We're waiting to see if Whataburger, Portillo's, Raising Canes or Zaxby's might make an appearance north of the river. We know they've been popular requests in our comments!
