We are all using AI...for everything and I know you are using it in real estate too. But real estate has a human component that AI can't replace - local knowledge, relationships, market info, pocket listings, negotiation skills and managing emotions can't be done with AI. The best compliment a real estate agent can receive is a referral or for a client to use them again, repeat business. I was so thrilled my clients looked to me for expertise when they decided to quickly sell the home I helped them buy years ago. I leveraged the market in Orland Park to sell this home in a weekend and it closed $70,000 over list price! Thank you to my clients for your trust…again!
