If you live in Southern California long enough, eventually the termites are going to find you. Apparently, it’s my turn. 😂 My house is being tented right now—and after owning it for 30 years, this is a first!

Around here, termites are less if and more when, and getting ahead of them can save you thousands in damage.

Need a termite guy? I’ve got one. Plumber? Painter? Handyman? Landscaper? Yep—I’ve got a guy for that too.

One of the perks of being in real estate this long is a pretty darn good vendor list. And I’m always happy to share.
