I have a new listing in downtown San Diego.

It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath condo in the Marina District — super walkable, close to the water, the theatre, coffee, and all the things that make downtown feel like a place you actually want to live. It has big windows, a balcony, and two side-by-side parking spaces (which is almost unheard of down there).
