We were able to secure an under asking purchase price, sellers assist for the buyers to have cash to reinvest back into the home (new primary bathroom coming right up!), and 5 days to conduct inspections. I’d call that a HUGE WIN 😁

When your clients find a neighborhood they want, you find a way to get them in! A few weeks ago I sent out letters to every homeowner in the desired neighborhood letting them know I had a qualified buyer ready to go. Tuesday late in the evening I get a text from a seller that they were going to be putting their home on the market next week. I immediately called, asked for a pre market showing… Thursday morning we were in, Thursday afternoon offer written, Friday offer accepted 🎉🍾 all before anyone else stepped foot in the door 🚪
