Our hyper local Fairfield Market is very different from what you are hearing in the national headlines. Fewer homes are being sold overall but homes are selling so much faster! We are averaging under 30 days now. Prices have steadily climbed, with average list prices up to a projected $1.44 million in 2026. Sale prices show the same upward trend, highlighting a strong seller’s market.

If you’re buying, be ready to move quickly due to competition and align with a professional like me to advocate for you and to be sure to assist with quick due diligence to avoid any surprises. For sellers, it’s a good time to list because prices are rising and homes sell fast. Overall, the market favors those ready to act confidently and those working with a seasoned professional!
