There’s a newer coffee spot in Bath, and this one is definitely worth knowing about. ☕️ Morning Star Café on Ghent Road is a from-scratch bakery and café, but what really caught our attention was how much thought went into the entire experience. From the open bakery where you can watch everything being made, to the beautiful spaces tucked throughout the café, to the story behind how it all came together, there’s so much detail here. And yes… the ham and cheese croissant and blackberry coffee cake were SO good. 😂 We love finding and sharing the local businesses that make Summit County such a great place to call home. Northeast Ohio buyers are getting more choices, but sellers are still seeing strong prices. According to the latest July data from MLS Now for single family homes: Inventory is up 13.7%. New listings are up 6.2%. The median sales price reached $260,000, up 5.7% from last year. Closed sales are up 8.4%. But pending sales dropped 18.1%. That tells us the market is shifting. The City of Cuyahoga Falls offers qualifying homeowners housing rehabilitation loans of up to $30,000 at 0% interest.
