Every now and again a client will have unrealistic expectations, even when the market data doesn't support it. I firmly believe in being direct and telling my clients the truth, even if it doesn't align with their "expectation". Why do I do this? That's easy, it's because real estate is one of the biggest investment decisions a person will make in their life. There's also a level of emotional attachment that clients have, understandably, and I'm not in the business of breaking hearts. So instead of telling you what you want to hear and knowing it isn't possible, I'll tell you the truth and the facts. Then I'll work with you to achieve it.

As spring unfolds across Maine, we’re seeing steady activity with buyers returning and thoughtfully priced homes continuing to move. Inventory is beginning to open up in some areas, creating opportunities on both sides of the market.

Real estate isn’t a 9–5 job... and honestly, it never has been. Everyone lives life on a different schedule, but one thing remains the same: everyone deserves a place to call home. 🏡
Being a realtor means showing up whenever needed — on weekends, late nights, vacations, and even holidays. And yesterday was one of those moments that reminds me exactly why I love what I do.
